Reiki, meaning “universal life energy” (Rei: universal, Ki: life energy), is a Japanese healing modality increasingly embraced in Western wellness practices. This safe, non-invasive technique channels energy to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Suitable for any living being—humans, pets, and more—Reiki carries no risks, only benefits. While deeply spiritual, it is not tied to any religion, making it truly universal.
Each Reiki session is different, as the energy will go where its needed.
Some people experience a cool, or warm-hot sensation.
Other responses include tingling, shivers, goosebumps & feeling lighter & more grounded. Left with a sense of deep relaxation.
For some, you won’t necessarily feel anything during a session, but as the Reiki energy sets in where it needs to, there is always improvement, movement & grounding happening.
